Sophia McIlwain

Sophia started working at the cat clinic in 2022, whilst I was studying my Cert III in animal studies. I am now well into my Cert IV in Veterinary nursing and I am constantly learning and developing my clinical skills with the fantastic team of nurses, techs and vets we have here at the clinic. Outside of work and studying I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my 2 little chooks Penny and Petunia.
Erin Dudley

With a lifelong love for animals, I dedicate myself to ensuring all patients receive the highest level of care during their hospital stay. At home, I am surrounded by my four beautiful kitties.
Jolly Yang

Jolly is a veterinary nurse and a UQ Veterinary Science student. She interned at a conservation organisation in Greece where she discovered two things: she wanted to be a veterinarian and she loved working with cats. She dreams of rescuing and befriending as many cats as possible.
Jolly is the mother of 3 children: 1 human and 2 rescue cats (Harmony and Mort).

Tahlia Ehrich

Tahlia joined the team in 2020 after graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology and has been instrumental in helping to keep Paddington and Clayfield running smoothly. She works at all 3 of our locations and is a valued member of staff.
She currently has 3 cats at home Poppy, Sky and Sabine.
Becky and her partner Adam, live with their cat ‘Duke’, and a Maine Coon 'Jason'.
Becky enjoys being a Veterinary Nurse and will continue to work with animals (preferably cats) for as long as possible.
Tammy Hodges

Gold Coast born and bred, Tammy opened our Gold Coast clinic with Dr Nick in 2024. She has been a veterinary nurse for over 20 years and has always been known for her obsession with cats. At home Tammy is a mummy to 2 beautiful cats Podrick and Link, a golden retriever named Kendrick Lamar and her ever entertaining son Keenan.
Lucy Short

Lucy has been a valued team member at our Paddington clinic since 2019, where she is now the primary veterinary nurse. She manages most of the day-to-day tasks, ensuring the clinic operates smoothly.
Lucy enjoys spending her free time with her two feline nephews, Melvin and Perry. Her hobbies include badminton, reading, cooking, and studying.
Jordan Brown

Vitoria Penner

Vitoria has been working as a Veterinary Nurse in Australia for the past two years and loves focusing on feline-only care. She joined our Gold Coast Clinic in October 2024.
She is passionate about creating a calm, gentle, and stress-free environment for cats and their families.
Originally trained as a veterinarian in Brazil, Vitoria brings nearly 10 years of experience gained through volunteer work, hospital training, and emergency clinical practice.
Outside of work, she enjoys slow days, sports, self-care rituals, and spending time at the beach with friends.
Patricia Jacyntho da Silva

Patricia started working at The Cat Clinic Gold Coast in September 2024. She graduated in Veterinary Medicine in Brazil and completed a course in dermatology for dogs and cats. She is currently happy working as a veterinary nurse. On weekends, she enjoys going to the beach and the gym.

Kerrie began her nursing career in 2014 andjoined The Cat Clinic team in 2018 as a Certificate IV veterinary nurse. She spent nearly 6 years with the team, completing her Diploma in Feline Nursing (ISFM), and returned to the Gold Coast clinic in 2025, where she completed Certificate in Feline Nursing (ISVPS).
At home, Kerrie and her husband share their lives with their "permanent" cats- Razz, Toothless, Huckleberry, and Winston- as well as Wrex, a special-needs foster kitten who lives with them permanently. Outside of work, Kerrie enjoys fostering neonate kittens and baking
